A deposit of 70% of the total amount is required to confirm your order. The balance of 30% is to be paid immediately upon completion of installation, repair, or maintenance.
We reserve the right to adjust prices before receipt of deposit.
All installations have a 12-month warranty from the date of commissioning or handover on materials and workmanship. Repair and maintenance works are only covered on materials supplied by Premier Automatic Gates Systems only.
Any changes or additional work to be undertaken by Premier Automatic Gates Systems. after the contract has begun must be confirmed in writing and will be charged for.
All lengths are to be confirmed on completion, and figures for final payment are adjusted accordingly.
Overdue accounts will be charged at 3% per month.
The installations remain the property of Premier Automatic Gates Systems until final payment is received and Premier Automatic Gates Systems can at any time without prior notice enter the premises on which the product is installed and repossess it. The customer gives consent for this entry and repossession.
The price quoted above on the Quotation document does not include the use of the generator on site. Should the need arise to use a generator; this will be done at an additional cost of KES 4,000.00 per day.
Please confirm the location of any underground wiring or piping that may or shall be at risk from excavation or drilling works. Failure to identify such wires or pipes to Premier Automatic Gates Systems. may result in damage to such wiring or pipes. The cost for the required repairs will be for your account.
In case of VAT exemption, VAT must be paid and will be refunded once you provide exemption approval.
