The wireless SMARTGUARDair keypad can store up to 1 000 different PINs, each with a length that is user-defined and can range from one to ten digits. There are 15 different channels, each of which can be connected to any CENTURION code-hopping receiver. Such capability may handle a wide range of situations, such as opening a motorized gate entrance completely with one code, activating the pedestrian opening with another, and turning on the house alarm with a third. Moreover, user codes may be erased only when necessary, preserving the memory’s other recorded codes.
